Payment Policy
All rates are in Euro Currency. 30% deposit at the time of booking and the balance in the high season 60 days before arrival day.(from June until September is the high season). From Oct until May the balance has to be payed one month before arrival day. Security refundable deposit 1000 when all property are in exclusive. Additional information about rental rates: The rates are for all property (Manor House and the both suite cottages). If you are only 8 people you can be in exclusiveness in the property but you don't need more than the Manor House. In this case the price has a discount for each Suite cottage you aren't using. In the high season 100 euros a day and in low season 80 euros a day. Then for 8 people the rates are less 200 euros a day in high season and less 160 in the low season. For 10 people the rates are less 100 euros a day in high season and 80 euros at the low season. Security refundable deposit 1000 when all property are in exclusive. Extra beds are possible (Price extra bed 25 euros per night). Entry from 16.00 p.m. and exit until 10.00 a.m. •When the property is entirely leased breakfasts are only served with prior agreement.Has an extra price Reservations accepted with the possibility of a guide to Nature and Adventure activities: hiking, cycling tours, surf lessons, donkey rides for kids,flights to see the area around, etc. Price agreed according to requested. Cancellation Policy
When the property is entirely leased 60 days before arrivel day you loose the deposit 30% of the total amount. 30 days 50% 15 days 75% noshow 100%
