Payment Policy

All rates are in Euros.

Reservations & Payments Since the availability of the house has been confirmed, the customer must pay out 30% of the total price of the stay. Please note that no booking will be final as this payment has not been confirmed by us and it has been sent an email confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid within 72 hours before check-in. Payments must be made ??by bank transfer. A deposit of 500 € in cash or certified check will be delivered on arrival and returned after the house inspected, if there is damage.

Cancellation Policy
