Villa in Sesmarias Descripción
Villa Alexis is a large, luxury villa situated 5kms. west of Albufeira and is in walking distance of Castelho beach. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby, four restaurants are within 300 metres. Golf, watersports and water slide parks are all available and a short drive away. The large (9m.x 8m.) L-shaped, private swimming pool (which can be heated) is surrounded by a large terrace and barbecue and there are private gardens. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and air conditioning is included in the rentalo charge. Welcome pack, cot and high chair available on request

Villa Ubicación detalles
Our villas are located in the Vale de Parra region some 4 to 5km. to the west of Albufeira. This combines all aspects of a holiday that you could wish for. Vale de Parra is a region of quality villas in rural countryside and where there are superb sandy beaches ranging from the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelho. Individual restaurants abound and the small town of Guia, a five minute drive from most villas and walking distance from some, is famous for its choice of twenty five restaurants catering for all tastes and pockets. Sporting facilities are available in the area including golf at Salgados. There are waterslide parks a short drive away and the Zoomarina is only ten minutes away. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.
