Also on the ground level is another bedroom en suite which is part of the villa but can be used as a separate annex.

On the first level the entrance hallway leads to a large sitting room steps to dining room, kitchen, utility room, W.C, and two bedrooms en suite. On the top level there are two large bedrooms en suite both with a dressing area. The garden has a grassed area with fruit trees, a large swimming pool (heated optional), children’s pool, badminton court, barbecue area with kitchen; fridge, dishwasher etc. Next to the barbecue area a Jacuzzi for 6 people where you can take in the relaxing view.

At the front of the villa ample private parking accessed through electrically controlled gates. Whether you’re just wanting to take it easy and enjoy time with family and friends, or prefer a more energetic vacation the Villa and local region has it all, great beaches,scenic walks, good food and friendly locals,sports include: golf, tennis, water sports/sailing/surfing, horse riding.
