On the ground level there are 3 double bedrooms en suite each with its own direct access to terrace/pool. Also on the ground level with direct access to the terrace/pool is a large double bedroom en suite annex. On the first level the entrance hallway, with guest W.C, leads to a large sitting room, steps to dining room, kitchen and utility room. There are two double bedrooms en suite one with access to the large terrace, the other has its own balcony. On the top level there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of the bedrooms has its own large balcony. The garden has a grassed area with fruit trees, a large swimming pool (heated optional), children’s pool, badminton court, BBQ house with seating for 20 and kitchen; fridge, dishwasher etc. Next to the BBQ area beneath a pergola is the Jacuzzi, here up to 6 people can unwind taking in the relaxing surroundings. At the front of the villa ample private parking accessed through electrically controlled gates. Whether you’re just wanting to take it easy and enjoy time with family and friends, or prefer a more energetic holiday, the Villa and local region has it all. Great beaches, scenic walks, good food and friendly locals. Sports include: golf, tennis, water sports, sailing, surfing, horse riding. Watch car and motorbike racing in the fabulous Autódromo Internacional, just a 20min drive.
