Villa in Lagos Beschreibung

House recently renovated with 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, covered barbecue area and outdoor dining. Situated only 1km from the Boavista Golf Course and set within a very quiet residential area. Good access to the beaches, the historic center of Lagos and A22.

The villa consists of two floors: Ground floor: Entrance hall, well equipped kitchen with fridge/ freezer, oven, dishwasher and clothes, electric coffee maker, etc.. Dining area, large living room with fireplace, LCD TV (free channels), 2 suites with walk-in shower. Terrace with pool and sun beds south facing and totally private. Facing north but totally sheltered from the wind, dining area and BBQ covered. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with two single beds, sharing a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Outdoor terrace.

This price includes the supply of clothes for the beds and towels. For stays longer than a week, bed linen and towels are changed mid stay. For weekly stays change of towels mid-week is already included. Prices for longer periods out of season, please contact us.

Payment Policy

Rates are in Euros.

On confirmation of reservation, the client must pay a 30% deposit of the total value. The remaining amounts due must be paid 60 days before the day of arrival. It is of the responsibility of the client to make the payments on the due dates.

In the event of none payment, Seewest has the right to cancel the reservation, the initial deposit being non refundable.

Cancellation Policy

8. All cancellations must be done in writing and signed by the person that signed the reservation form. 9. Cancellations can be made by fax or email to our office. 10. Any cancellations made 90 days before the arrival date will be reimbursed with the full amounts paid for deposit. 11. Any cancellations made 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the paid deposit will be reimbursed. 12. Any cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date will lose the initial amounts paid for deposit. 13. Any cancellations made with less than 30 days before the arrival date or no show at check-in, the full amounts paid for the property will be charged.
