Leaving your modern, typically Portuguese holiday home, it is only a 4 minute walk through the clean, quiet and child-friendly Prainha Touristic Village to reach the wide, sandy beaches and to behold the stunning and spectacular rock formations created by the Atlantic Ocean.Sand free options exist in all three of the beautifully landscaped swimming pools that belong to the Resort. Your nearest pool is just around the corner but out of earshot. A five minute stroll is all it takes to reach the Atlantic pool, here lies a terraced area with a bar overlooking the sea where you can relax and listen to the ocean’s secrets. The well- appointed home offers a well- protected terrace, garden furniture and a small lawned area. Built in 2008 it is well equipped and ideal for an uncomplicated, relaxing holiday. The ground floor level offers you comfort, a lounge with TV, DVD, dining area, and a kitchen with quality appliances. The upper floor features two suites with fitted wardrobes and modern bathrooms.

The small village of Alvor, between Portimão and Lagos is like one of the last oases of the Algarve. The former fishing village has managed the almost impossible task of moving with the times whilst maintaining its own natural charm.

The historic town has many traditional and international restaurants, bars and small shops.By shuttle bus from the Village you can reach the Alvorcentre in 5 minutes or opt for Portimão. The recreational value of this fantastic Resort perched on a cliff top overhanging the beach below, with supermarket, tennis courts and 5 restaurants (open April to October) is as high as that of the surrounding area. Lagos is well-known for its shopping andhighly recommended is the history and culture of Lagos itself. Why not take a boat tour to the bizarre grottoes? Children’s hearts will beat faster at the very thought of Zoo Lagos and Zoomarine, which is a splendid family day out and one of Europe’s best dolphin shows.
