The Villa is located on a small Village named Vila Nova de Cerveira with many cultural and Gastronomic events going on specially on summer time . The House has 3.000 sq mtrs of Gardens with a big law , swimming pool and Kids features as Football field etc.. The River is at 100 metrs distance and across it is Spain easible to reach by the bridge at Cerveira.

Either in Portugal and Spain side there are many good Restaurants from traditional to Seafood and Spanish Tapas. Is a Wine Growers region both in Portugal and Spain side where is possible to visit caves. The Villa is located on a Ecological Reserve Area , very calm and relaxing , but just 5 minutes away from the Vilage Cerveira. The river beaches are at walking distance and the sea front with nice beaches are in Spain and Portuguese side.

From Vila Nova de Cerveira there's a motorway access to many other interesting places such as Viana do Castelo, 20 minutes, Ponte de Lima 30min. and Porto (1 hour) .
