This area is surrounded by Laurisilva Forest, classified by UNESCO as world heritage due to their exuberance and rarity. It has been also awarded the prize of one of the seven natural wonders of Portugal.
A Casa das Palmeiras is composed of the main house and a second house on the 1st Floor, completely independent. The main house has on ground floor, an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. On the 1st Floor, two bedrooms, one double bedroom with private bathroom and a balcony, where you can enjoy the fascinating landscape that surrounds it. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. From the window, you can also enjoy the same view. In the entrance hall to the bedrooms, there is another bathroom. The capacity is 6 people.
The second house is on the 1st Floor and has 1 bedroom with two double beds, a large lounge surrounded by glass doors, a kitchen and small bathroom. This room has a couch and a sofa that can sleep more people. We can provide more mattresses if needed. It also has access to a huge balcony with barbecue area, where both the lounge and the balcony offers you one of the most beautiful sights of São Vincente. This house is best used for groups who want to spend weekends, or more days, provided they do not need so much privacy regarding sleeping arrangements. It can sleep 6 to 8 people.

All this is surrounded by high walls without hiding the beauty that surrounds it and provides total privacy in their gardens and porches.
The hiring of these two spaces will not be made on identical dates, in order to preserve the privacy of their occupants, if so requested.
If you want to spend a few days resting, away from city noise and concrete walls, here is a cozy and quiet place which you can stay at very reasonable prices and be able to visit places where nature is still preserved.
