The arrival day is usually Thursday although at certain times of year we are flexible - The accommodation has a Private Heated Swimming Pool - is Air Conditioned with Six Bedrooms, Five Bathrooms, Two Shower Rooms and a Games Room - This relatively New Villa has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Each Bedroom has its own colour scheme with coordinating soft furnishings and all the bathrooms have corner baths.

Security deposit required is 25% Deposit on booking.

The balance to be paid 90 days before arrival.

A £500 Villa Damage Security Deposit is required with the final payment.

Please Note that the Villa Damage Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure providing no damage has occurred.
