25 % deposit on booking with the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

As the villa is furnished to a very high standard, a security deposit of 1000 € is added to the final payment to cover any possible damage; this will be refunded within 10 days after the rental period.

For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 90 % of the entire rental amount.
