50% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 5 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.

50% remaining amount due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Payments should be effected by: Bank draft (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary) Full bank details on confirmation of the booking.

The Villa can only be used by number of persons that the owner agree in the reservation.
