Other than this means a contract default. The above mentioned deposit ensures the payment of possible caused damages of various kinds and It will be fully returned if due, via bank transfer. Caused damages should be fully repaired which means that full amount should be available, being responsible the one who booked the property. The facilities are for the exclusive use of the guests. Any default in the fulfilment of the contract is, by itself, enough motive(s) to not return the security deposit, e.g.The over-occupation, parking and usage of the private swimming pool by non guests, loss of keys. The price includes cleaning on friday (with change of bed linens and towels); water, electricity and gas; bed linen and towels. Checkin at 16h and checkout at 11h,unless another arrangement is made with the owner. Please bear in mind that money bank tranfers may take 3-4 work days to be in owner's account. Should you send a scan of the document by mail stating the operation was made this part of booking becomes immediatly effective.
