The quinta is an ideal place to relax on holiday with plenty to explore in the area. Amarante is said to be one of the most beautiful towns in the contry. The swimming pool offers privacy adjacent to terraces of vines and olive trees.

All 3 kitchens are fully equipped with fridge freezers and microwave ovens. Apart from a gas barbeques by the pool, there are traditional charcoal barbeques available. Each cottage has a wood burning stove for which logs are provided free. During winter months additional heating is available. Camp beds and cots available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided. Washing machine available at minimal charge. Videos – large selection available.

Cottage nº 1

With double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, with open kitchen/dining area, and bathroom with shower. There is a futon offering additional sleeping facilities. Outside, under a canopy of vines is ideal for barbeques with ample seating and tables.

Cottage nº 2

This comprises of one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. There is a sitting room with sofa bed and separate kitchen. Outside there is a private terrace.

Pool House

Next to the swimming pool is a large stone terrace with views overlooking the bridge. In summer it remains cool during the day, but the solid granite walls radiate warmth on cool nights. At ground level is a further kitchen area and dining table for 10 people. Adjacent is a further bathroom and shower, ideal for changing being close to the pool. Above is another bedroom with double bed, sofa bed capable of sleeping 3 people.

Oporto internacional airport is an hour away by the A4 Motorway passing Amarante, Junction 17.
