The living area contains armchair seating for six people. There is LCD Satellite TV with DVD Video Recorder. Broadband Internet access and fax facilities are available in the nearby administrative offices.

Kitchen fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas/electric hob, microwave, coffee percolator, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils. A gas boiler heats water. There are front and rear private gardens and patio with barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs. There is also a carport to the rear. A short walk away is the newly completed state-of-art leisure center with large outdoor pool with sun terrace, children pool and toddler's pool.

The restaurant cafe coffee bar is located beside the indoor pool with alfresco tables between there and the children pools. There are also two tennis courts and a children s playground. Ideally the accommodation suits five to seven people (Two double beds, Three single beds) and an eighth person using a fold-up bed. A travel cot and high chair are also provided if needed.
