On confirmation of reservation, the client must pay a 30% deposit of the total value. The remaining amounts due must be paid 60 days before the day of arrival. It is of the responsibility of the client to make the payments on the due dates.

In the event of none payment, See-west has the right to cancel the reservation, the initial deposit being non refundable.

9. Cancellations can be made by fax or email to our office.

10. Any cancellations made 90 days before the arrival date will be reimbursed with the full amounts paid for deposit.

11. Any cancellations made 60 days before the arrival date, 50% of the paid deposit will be reimbursed.

12. Any cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the arrival date will lose the initial amounts paid for deposit.

13. Any cancellations made with less than 30 days before the arrival date or no show at check-in, the full amounts paid for the property will be charged.
