Very quiet spot at a distance of 900 m from the village center with all services, and 15 minutes from fantastic beaches (Alentejo Litoral): Milfontes, Malhão, Furnas, Almograve, Zambujeira and Porto Covo.

The house is located in a property of 1,4 hectares (fenced property) on top of a hill with a spectacular view over the whole surrounding area. It is a very quiet place, ideal for rest and relax fully in Nature with absolute tranquility. But it is also near all necessary services, such as banks, restaurants and supermarkets.

The house has 4 rooms ( double bed) with capacity to 8 people. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes. There is also a baby bed for up to 2 years.

It has a fully equipped kitchen (30 m2) with every necessary instrument. The living room is spacious ( 60 m2) and it has a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains, and great views over the village Cercal do Alentejo. Regarding the location of the house, it is fair to say that it has a privileged one since it is both close to the sea and the countryside, allowing people to enjoy beaches as much as mountains and peaceful nature. The area is ideal for walking and cycling. The closest beaches are in Milfontes, 13 kms away, and are found in a protected supervised landscape.

Outdoor: barbecue, , car park, mountain views and Village Cercal do Alentejo , 50 m2 of surrounding garden, garden furniture.

Distribution: Living room + Kitchen = 90 m2, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, habitable surface of 200 m2, balcony around the house.

We only accept payments by bank transfer:

1º The reservation is effective after bank transfer 50% of the total amount.

2º The remaining 50% of the total price will be paid seven days before check in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is possible up to a maximum of 15 days prior to check in.
Rules
Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

1 -check in is always done at 19:00 (local time) on the appointed day;

2 - always check out is at 12:00 (local time) on the day agreed to terminate the stay;

3- to hand over the keys is done on site, when you check in;

4- to home is delivered in perfect clean condition;

5 - the tenant must deliver when they get the key value of a deposit of 30% of the total stay. This value must be given in cash, and will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no record any damage or harm;

6º the animals will be allowed after approval by the owner
