It offers several accommodation possibilities depending on the size of the party. It can be rented as a 6 bedroom villa (sleeps up to 15+2 infants), a 8 bedroom villa (sleeps up to 19+2 infants) or as a 9 bedroom villa (sleeps up to 23+2 infants). Prices depend on the size of the party or the number of bedrooms/facilities requested. When sending us an inquiry, it's important the you let us know the following: Number of couples, number of single adults and their gender and number of children, their ages and their gender. In total there are 9 bedrooms. 5 double rooms. 2 twin rooms. 2 quad bedrooms with 4 single beds each There are 2 additional sofa beds and 2 cots that can be placed in some of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, safe boxes, hairdryers and air conditioned is available at no cost during summer. Payment modes: Option 1- Debit card (+1.3%) (visa and master card). Option 2- Credit card (+2.5%) (visa and master card). Option 3- PayPal (+3.5%) (all cards). Option 4- Bank transfer (charges from your bank will apply).

If canceled until 5 months before the arrival day: 40% refund If canceled until 4 months before the arrival day: 30% refund If canceled until 3 months before the arrival day: 20% refund If canceled until 2 months before the arrival there won’t be any refund.
