A large spacious and airy villa, designed to follow the classical lines of Portuguese architecture, Villa Santa Maria Beach extends over 4 floors and can comfortably fit up to 15 people.

The communal areas are on the ground floor. There is a very spacious living and dining area with 2 fireplaces. The L shaped living area creates two seating areas for up to 14 people, and can be separated from the dining area by glass doors. The living areas open up onto a sunny porch. The fully equipped kitchen is very spacious and has a breakfast area. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

At the back of the ground floor we have a spacious terrace used as a solarium area with garden furniture: sofa with pillows and chairs, with direct access to the kitchen and the patio. A period bathtub filled with water provides hours of fun or relaxtion to both young children and adults alike.

Steps lead to the first floor where 3 bedrooms are situated, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one of which is en-suite. There is also a 10m2 balcony located on this floor.

On the second floor there are 2 further twin bedrooms, a large living area and a spacious bathroom. The living area can be fitted with 2 more single beds, depending the size of the group.

For larger groups, we have 2 more bedrooms on the lower floor and a shower room. One bedroom has 3 single beds and the other has a double bed. There is an old cellar on this floor with a table football.

The villa has a great patio with barbecue and garden furniture. A perfect space for your al fresco meals. The villa has private parking for 3 cars.

The local sandy beach of S. João do Estoril, reached in 3 minutes by foot provides every amenity such as sunbeds and parasols; further along the coast you can find other beaches, numerous restaurants and cafes on the adjacent promenade.

Getting There and Around : Less than two hours flight from most European cities and seven hours from New York, the villa can be reached by car from Lisbon Airport in 25 minutes via the A5 motorway or the more scenic road along the river towards

- Minimum stay : 1 week.

- Prices are quoted for 10 people. Add €100/week per additional person - Maximum 15 people.

- During peak season : normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks.

- Booking conditions : 20% minimum paid at time of booking and balance on arrival.

- Security deposit : €500.

- Cleaning once a week included in price for stays longer than one week.
