It is a spacious house with a lot of natural light. The house has a charming terrace for breakfast, sunsets and sunbaths. You can also enjoy a lovely garden. It has a parking space. Fully renovated: April 2011.

Perfect location: 2 minutes walking distance to the beach (Sao Pedro do Estoril) and 30 seconds walking distance to the train station from where you can easily go to Estoril (2,5 km), Cascais (5 km) and Lisboa city center ( 20 km). Supermarket, pharmacy and other facilities are also within walking distance.

São Pedro Beach - is quite popular for surfers and its a meeting point for young people and families. Cascais - Touristic village famous for its beaches, cultural activities (e.g. Museu Paula Rego), fish restaurants and nightlife - 10 minutes (train or car)

Sintra - UNESCO world heritage site – famous for its castle, palaces and gardens set in magical vegetation and breathtaking landscapes - 15 minute car drive.

Lisboa - Charming capital filled with amazing cultural/ historical sites and trendy spots - 20 - 30 minutes (by car or train).
