\r\nThe villa is situated approximately 1 mile from the centre of Foz Do Arelho, a small beach resort located at the mouth of the Obidos Lagoon and adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. The calm waters of the Lagoon are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming whilst the more lively Atlantic Ocean provides a surfers paradise. In the resort there are a number of restaurants and bars with superb views across the huge expanse of beach.

\r\nA 10 minute drive inland is Caldas da Rainha. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars. A further 10 minutes away is the historical gem, Obidos.

- Lisbon is 1 hours drive and the number 1 golf course in Portugal, Praia D’El Rey, is a 30 minute drive.

After your deposit is received your booking will be confirmed by email and the property held for you subject to the conditions stated here. - If you cancel your reservation you will be liable for cancellation fees as follows :

- Prior to 60 days before holiday - 20% deposit is forfeit.

- 40 to 59 days before holiday - forfeit 33%.

- 30 to 39 days before holiday - forfeit 50%.

- 14 to 29 days before holiday - forfeit 80%.

- 0 to 13 days before holiday - forfeit 100%.

- A cancellation is only valid when confirmed in writing by the Person who made the booking (or their next of kin in extreme Circumstances).
