This typical villa is composed by the ground and first floor. The front door opens directly into the attractively furnished living room. here sofas and armchairs are set around a panoramic (360º) fireplace. In front of you a plate glass window runs the full width of the room and gives an over view of large granitic terrace and courtyard and vines.

In the middle of the open space room there is a dining table to seat 10 just in front of the kitchen. On the first floor you have 4 bedrooms including a double bedroom with en suite facilities with jacuzzi. 2 double bedrooms and another room with 3 single beds sleeping up to 10.

The swimming pool and the BBQ area for al fresco dining set in an elevated position overlooking the lawns and the vines will provide the perfect base for a great family holidays, peaceful getaways, beach or countryside retreats, winter-sun breaks. Strictly no smoking except on the balcony and outside.
