THE CONDOMINIUM

The condominium, located on the administrative territory of Porches, at 1.5 km (1 mile) west of the city Armação de Pêra, is a group of 255 villas and apartments, placed under the control of the Portuguese Ministry of Tourism, scattered in several hectares of parks, lawns and gardens, flowered all year round.

THE HOUSING

Charming housing, located on the first floor of a villa, with an independent entry and in perfect state, constitutes an ideal housing, at affordable price, for 1 to 4 persons. It includes: 1 entrance, open on the living room.

• 1 American kitchen, fitted out with 1 fridge with a small deep freezer compartment, 1 electric cooking plates, 1 electric oven, 1 microwaves oven, 1 toaster, 1 electric kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 iron and 1 ironing board, 1 fire extinguisher, 1 fire protecting blanket, 1 fire alarm.

• 1 living-room, fitted out with 1 tea table, 1 dining table with 4 chairs, 1 convertible 3-seats settee where 2 people can sleep, one 2-seats settee, 1 flat screen TV receiving the local cable and satellites programs. Air conditioning (hot and cold). Sea view.

• 1 bedroom with 1 bed (190x200 cm) for 2 persons, being able to be disassembled to make 2 single beds (95 x 200 cm each) for 1 person each, 1 bedside table, 2 chairs, 1 wall cupboard. Air conditioning (hot and cold). Sea view.

• 1 bathroom with bath-tub and shower, WC, washing machine.

• 1 balcony in the East side with 1 garden table, 4 garden chairs, 1 support of parasol. Sea view.

• 1 terrace in the West side with 1 mobile barbecue, 2 sun chairs. Country view.

The whole site has been conceived to preserve, in all seasons, an atmosphere of calmness (no animation), of independence and rest, in a natural, privileged, protected and serene environment.

• By car: Portugal has an excellent network of motorways.

• By plane: Directs flights to Faro (50 km) or flights via Lisbon (250 km) or even Seville (250) and Cadiz in Spain (350) from several airports over the world.

• By train: There are

• All rates are in Euros.

• Minimum one full week. In July and August, the preference is given for a minimum duration of two weeks, but requests for one week might be also considered in case of availabilities. The rent normally begins a Saturday after 5:00pm and ends a Saturday before 10:00am. On request when it's possible, arriving and departing another day of the week might be considered (same time table). In certain occasions, shorter rentals might be considered.

• All year round: Reception desk open 24/24 (except 1 hour brake for lunch in low season), maid and laundry service, free mini-bus shuttle to Armação de Pêra few times a day, aquatic gym practice in the pool and scuba diving lessons.

• In season: restaurant, snack at the main poolside, mini super market, baker’s shop.

The renting price includes:

• The accommodation

• The free use of the swimming pools,

• The house cleaning 1 time per week, including the departure day (for one week stays or less: house cleaning 1 time after the departure)

• Possibility to order more house cleanings (price on request)

• Change of linen 1 time per week (no change during the stay for one week stays or less). Possibility to order more laundry changes (price on request)
