Our rates vary according to room style and season and are between 75 and 165 euros per room per night.

Book 4 mid-week nights in one of our standard rooms (Sunday to Thursday) and only pay for 3. That´s one night totally FREE!!

A deposit of 50% is required and until it is received the booking is not confirmed. By paying this you are entering into a contract with us and accepting these terms and conditions. The same applies when you supply credit or debit card information. Payment of your deposit by bank transfer should be made in good time for clearance and must have cleared our account before your arrival.

If you book 4 or more rooms at the same time it will be classed as a “Multiple Booking”. If you request a Multiple Booking we will require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total price of your accommodation at the time of booking.

The following percentages (of total booking value) are payable upon cancellation of your booking:

Before 12 weeks of the arrival date: 10%

Between 12 & 6 weeks of arrival date: 20%

Between 6 weeks and 2 weeks of arrival date: 50%

Less than 2 weeks before the arrival date: 80%

No shows: 100%

If your booking is for more than one night and during your stay you shorten your booking, you will be charged 80% (as per cancellation charges above)for the remaining nights of your booking.

If you do not check-in we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to retain or claim payment for 100% of the value of your reservation.

Any booking fees or credit card charges are non-refundable.

On your reservation request we will specify whether your rate includes any meals.

Each of our rooms is unique and as a result they may vary in character, size and in the number of guests that can be accommodated. It is your responsibility to verify the details of a room when you request a reservation to ensure that it meets your requirements.

Subject to availability extra folding beds and/or cots may be provided at an extra charge. Children under 12 @ 20€ per night (Children over 12 and Adults are charged at 25€ per night). These prices include breakfast. You must specify this requirement when you request a booking.

Casa Fajara is strictly non-smoking. This policy includes all rooms. In the event you or any member of your party smoke anywhere in the hotel, including your room, we reserve the right to charge you 50€ for specialist cleaning.
