Large Beautiful Villa with Private Pool - 6 Double Bedrooms - 5 Bathrooms - Private - Lots of Space - Games Room - Central For Golf - Close To All Amenities - Sleeps up to 16 persons - Villa is approx 7,000 Square Feet of built area - Located on a Land Plot of approx 30,000 Square feet - IT'S BIG.

The arrival day is usually Thursday although at certain times of year we are flexible - The accommodation has a Private Heated Swimming Pool - is Air Conditioned with Six Bedrooms, Five Bathrooms, Two Shower Rooms and a Games Room - This relatively New Villa has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Each Bedroom has its own colour scheme with coordinating soft furnishings and all the bathrooms have corner baths.

Villa Marianna is located approximately 35 km from Faro International Airport. The N22 Motorway will connect you directly from Faro airport so the journey time is a little over 40 minutes. Typical Taxi prices are Taxi 1-4 People £51. Taxi 5-8 People £73
Payment Policy

All rates are in British Pounds.

Security deposit required is 25% Deposit on booking.

The balance to be paid 90 days before arrival.

A £500 Villa Damage Security Deposit is required with the final payment.

Please Note that the Villa Damage Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure providing no damage has occurred.

Cancellation Policy
A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 13. Falsified Reservations Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. 14. Written Exceptions Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance of arrival.10.Inclusive Fees Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Final Clean costs are included in the rental rate.
