Villa en Almancil Description
Villa ‘Natura’ is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa suitable for up to 8 adults – it boasts a fabulous indoor/outdoor living space perfect for two families sharing or several friends enjoying a sunny holiday together. In the garden and poolside there are lots of outdoor sofa’s, sunloungers, dining tables and chairs to totally forget about the ‘real world’ now’s the time to relax and soak up the Algarvean sunshine. There is a very spacious eat in kitchen with large American fridge/ freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer & direct access to the outdoor area with large pool, shady terraces, small grassy area. The combined lounge / dining room has terrace doors leading onto the outdoor area – there is a wonderful feeling of space and light, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and chill out while on holiday. The living area also has internet connection, plasma tv, english satellite and a fireplace for chilly winter nights and air conditioning units for hot summer days. All four spacious bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and the upstairs master bedrooms have a terrace with views over to the Nature Reserve - enjoy watching the sun dip away on the horizon.

All rental periods includes daily maid service. Pool heating is available: additional cost of €150 per week.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds:

Up to 8 weeks - no loss except administration charge.

4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded.

2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.

Less than 2 weeks - no refund.

During the low season the villa can be rented as 1, 2, 3 or whole villa depending on your requirements. If rented this way the maximum occupancy per bedroom is 2 adults sharing 1 bathroom. If you rent only 1,2 or 3 bedrooms the remaining bedrooms will be locked.
