The newly built complex of Encosta Sao Jose was completed in 2009, by a well known constructor who has built many sound complex's in and around the Algarve. Its privately owned, bright and safe apartments are built on just two floors set in secure gated, spacious and nicely lawned grounds. It sits in a sunny, prime and quiet location but close to all amenities making it perfect for vacations. Benefiting from a large communal pool and separate children's pool and play equipment, beautiful olive garden, open communal barbecue area. It is a secure condominium with plenty of outside space for children to run around and adults to relax and have fun.

\\r\\nEncosta Sao Jose is located in the Vale de Parra region around 4kms west of Albufeira also close to Armacao de Pera, meaning that its location is central to all attractions including superb sandy and rustic large beaches perfect for coastline walking among the caves,The kids will love dipping their nets into the large shallow rock pools the tide leaves behind. From the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelo, Evaristo, Sao Rafael, Coelho and Lourenco with plenty of florals and fauna, water sports, beach side cafe's and small shops. The immediate area has a few nice little bars and water holes but you may have to venture out a little further for the more lively bars and clubs.

- Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.

- Payment can be made by bank transfer free of charge.

- Payment can be paid by PayPal at extra 3.75% of the amount to be paid.

- Payment of a deposit is required to secure the booking. The deposit will be 25% of the total booking fee payable. If the booking is less than eight weeks before the first night of occupancy the full balance is required at the time of booking.

- 60 days or more before arrival: loss of deposit.

- 30-59 days before arrival: loss of 50% of total booking price.

- 0-29 days before arrival: loss of 90% of total booking price.

- No refunds will be given for any stays that are ended earlier than planned.

- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing and cancellation terms will be applied from the date we receive the written cancellation. Under no circumstances will these conditions be waived. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
