The apartment is located in a newly completed condominium and shares along with the neighboring apartments a large swimming pool on three levels, a luxury sauna and a well equipped gym which are all available for visitors’ use.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the popular Foz do Arelho beach and a selection of excellent bars and restaurants. The calm waters of the Lagoon are perfect for sailing, windsurfing and swimming whilst the livelier Atlantic Ocean provides a surfer’s paradise.

A 10 minute drive inland is Caldas da Rainha. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars. A further 10 minutes away is the historical gem, Obidos.

- Lisbon is 1 hours drive and the number 1 golf course in Portugal, Praia D’El Rey, is a 30 minute drive.

- Until you have paid a deposit of 20% the property is only on hold for as long as we've stated, usually in email. After your deposit is received your booking will be confirmed by email and the property held for you subject to the conditions stated here. Only after you receive our confirmation is the booking to be regarded as firm.

- If you cancel your reservation you will be liable for cancellation fees as follows :

- Prior to 60 days before holiday - 20% deposit is forfeit.

- 40 to 59 days before holiday - forfeit 33%.

- 30 to 39 days before holiday - forfeit 50%.

- 14 to 29 days before holiday - forfeit 80%.

- 0 to 13 days before holiday - forfeit 100%.

- A cancellation is only valid when confirmed in writing by the Person who made the booking (or their next of kin in extreme Circumstances).
