- Confirmed Reservation : 200 euros security deposit plus 50% of total rental price; upon payment a copy of the rental contract and conditions of use will be sent.
- Deposit : 200 euros reimbursable at day of departure.
- Payments : 1. PayPal or bank transfer (no credit cards accepted). 2. Payment 60 days before check in or as agreed to.
- 60 days prior to check in date for full reimbursement; exceptions on a mutual agreed to basis.

- Keys : Available on site at day of arrival.
- Number of guests : Limited to the number as per reservation.
- Check in-out times : In: after 1500 h Out: before 1000.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the properties.
- Pets are not allowed; exceptions upon request.
- No rentals to persons under age of 18 years unless accompanied by an adult.
- Linens are replaced on a weekly basis.
