• A 25% non refundable deposit is payable when making the reservation, the remainder of the balance is payable in full along with the refundable security deposit (£200) 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

• The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Later checkout can be arranged and you will be advised of additional costs (if any) at time of enquiry.

• For bookings made within 8 weeks of your required arrival date, the full amount will be payable .

• A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the final payment which will be returned to you within 14 days of your arrival back home, subject to inspection of the apartment being satisfactory etc.
