This spacious two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and has all you need to have a wonderful vacation for groups of friends, families and golfers. The apartment has a fantastic amount of space. This apartment has video phone access and underground parking.

With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends. The large balcony with it's own built in barbecue and table is ideal for al fresco dining. How about trying some of those locally caught sardines? What about a glass (or two) of Vinho? Bom Apetite!

There is also a very large communal roof terrace available for topping up the tan or just getting away from it all.

Secure underground garage parking space at no extra charge.

Payment Policy

Rates in are Sterling(GB Pounds). We can also accept payment in Euros. Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Rules

A refundable breakages deposit of £/€200 is to be paid in cash on arrival. This will normally be refunded immediately on departure but no later than 10 days after your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
