The historic town of Tavira and the bustling Saturday market in Olhão make this is an ideal family getaway retreat. The villa has many particularly beautiful features including an impressive calcada drive,,cool and spacious entrance hall, large airy rooms, beautiful views and is in an ideal location to explore the beaches and countryside, to cross the border into Spain, or as many of our guests choose to do, just stay and relax in the grounds and around the pool.

A garden patio surrounds the villa and this provides ample space for outside dining, relaxing and safe playing for children. The views from the patio are uninterrupted across the surrounding spectacular countryside, which is highlighted by stands of cork and carob trees. The pool-side is the perfect location to sit relax, sketch, read or enjoy a gin and tonic. There is a private gated parking area for two or three large cars.

20% deposit at the time of booking.

The winter period (Nov 11 to Mar 24th 2012)is unavailable and the minimum stay is 7 nights.

The remainder of the payment (called Full Payment) is due 60 days prior to the guest’s arrival.

A security bond of 200 euros will be payable on arrival and returned after final inspection at departure.

No smoking is allowed inside the villa. Pets are allowed subject to confirmation from owner.
