The ground floor level is approximately 6 inches above the outside ground level. Doors are wide enough for wheelchair to pass through. Tenant should consider carefully. No responsibility taken for any mishap. Built-in barbecue in the back garden and patio. Garden chairs, deck chairs and tables. Car port and off street parking. Beach is just over 500m, 10 mins walk or 2 mins by car.

There are four golf courses all with superb views and challenging water hazards within 10 minutes drive, Castro Marim-par 72. Transport is needed for this location and we recommend that guests arrange this from Faro airport. The Faro airport is about 15 miles (20km) Spanish border 15 miles. The Spanish city of Seville is about 90 mins drive. A22 motorway is within 3km. Fuzeta railway station is 1km away.

Booking notes

A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.

For bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure, 100% of the cost is required at time of booking.

A breakage deposit of €/£150 is required with final payment.

This is refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the stay.
