This makes it particularly ideal for groups where different people may want to do different things. Some of the party can relax by the pool, whilst others exert themselves in a game of tennis or take a walk to the beach or a local bar. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 double and 3 twin all but one twin on the ground floor, 3 opening onto the pool terrace. There are 3 bath/shower rooms. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor along with a cloakroom and the large first floor terrace has wonderful views to the sea and cliffs overlooking Luz Bay.

Beside the pool is a cabana area with bar, barbecue, outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink with hot and cold supply and small gas hob as well as a dining area. Real poolside luxury and ideal for al fresco dining!

All rates are for the whole property per week regardless of occupancy to a maximum of 8 people EXCEPT THE WINTER RATES which are variable depending on group size. The rate is £300 for 2 people and then £50 per additional guest per week. A 25% non refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payment required 8 weeks before the start of your stay at Vila Margarida.

A damage/security deposit of £300 is collected by our local agents at the start of your stay and refunded within 3 week of the end of your stay.

Any breakage or damage is the responsibility of the renter who is responsible for the property during their stay and expected to take reasonable care of it. The property and its contents should be left clean and tidy at the end of the rental. A refundable security deposit is payable and this will be returned within 3 weeks of the end of the rental period less any required deductions for significant damage or loss to the property or its contents or excess cleaning costs if the property has been left in a poor state. Please report any significant breakages to the local management company as soon as possible so that they can be replaced/repaired for the remainder of the rental and for the following guests. The booking is on a self-catering basis.The booking commences at 14.00 on day one and ends at 10.00.
