The beautiful Villa Quinta do Pinhal is situated in a quiet residential area near Lagos. The villa does not have any direct neighbors. Privacy and silence are guaranteed. On the other hand the center of Lagos is reachable in 10 minutes drive, beaches (2.5km) and golf courses (2.5km) are nearby. The house offers cosiness and comfort; furniture and equipment are of high standard. A sheltered and covered terrace invites to AL fresco dining even on windy evenings; Barbecue existing. You will find at this place peaceful surroundings where you can go for a walk or relax in the nature. The Villa consists of a living room with dining area, very well equipped kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra bed available. Guest toilette. Attached to the house is a studio (only available for 8 - 9 persons). The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated and furnished in a very tasteful way. The partly covered terrace faces towards the south and offers beautiful panoramic views. Swimming pool of 8 x 4m.

Cancellation Policy
before the 56th day of the rental period 25% of the rent, between the 56th day and 42nd day of the rental period 50% of the rent, between the 42nd and 28th day before the rental period 75% of the rent, between the 27th day and the beginning of the renting period 100% of the rent. Travel Insurance is advised.
