Apartment located in Oeiras, in a quiet residential area with all sorts of amenities for exemple coffee shops, shopping center, restaurants and supermarket. Near from beautiful gardens (Palace Marquis of Pombal Garden's and Park of Poet's) and beaches. You can have a fantastic holidays and relax in this apartment with a wonderful view over Oeiras.

Payment Policy
All rates are in Euros.
"We request a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to rental period commencing. Payment can be done via bank transfer in to a Portuguese bank account. All bank fees and transfer costs must be incurred by the guest. There is a 150€ Breakage Deposit paid in cash on arrival to the Key Holder. This will be refunded to you on departure subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. By requiring, for stays over 15th days we can clean the house by an extra 25€ per cleaning and 10€ set of linen and towels each bedroom. Minimum of stay is one week, apartment can be rent with one bedroom with maximum two people our with two bedrooms maximum 4 people.

Winter Vacations: 8 Feb - 1 Mar:- 400/week
Mid season Carnaval: 1 Mar - 15 Mar:- 450/week
Low season: 15 Mar - 5 Apr:- 350/week
High Season Easter: 5 Apr - 26 Apr:- 500/week
Mid Season: 26 Apr - 7 Jun:- 450/week
High Season Summer: 7 Jun - 4 Oct:- 500/week
Mid Season: 4 Oct - 8 Nov:- 450/week
Low Season: 8 Nov - 13 Dec:- 350/week
High Season: 13 Dec - 10 Jan 2012:- 500/week.
