Only 40 minutes from Faro airport you will find this fully furnished, modern, spacious apartment constructed in 2008 in Colina Verde, a prestigious residential area in the heart of Carvoeiro. The apartment which has 2 balconies is perfectly located within walking distance of the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Carvoeiro has become a favourite holiday destination, yet retaining it's original atmosphere as a fisherman's village. Carvoeiro is surrounded by 3 golf courses all within 3km and there are approximately 20 courses within an hours drive. There are countless sandy coved beaches and various public tennis courts within easy reach. 3 practical mini markets are within a 5 minute walk plus a charming square with various restaurants and cafes. The larger supermarkets can be found before entering the village of Carvoeiro which are a 5 minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50 euros. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised
