Villa Description

This house offers cosy and comfortable accommodation. french windows lead on to balconies from the sitting room and the dining room and there are two small gardens.

It is 1.5km to the town centre, 1.5km to the beach, 35km west of Estoril (all facilities) and 15km south west of Sintra, 33km west of Lisbon (all facilities and airport).
Cascais is full of life, whatever the time of the year with its lovely beaches and water sports facilities, a new marina and variety of shops, restaurants and night clubs.
Also within easy reach is the superb capital, Lisbon, the delights of Estoril with its casino and golf courses and beautiful old town of Sintra and its famous palace. There is a mini market close by and restaurants.
The ground floor has entrance hall, living room with fireplace (just for decor) dining room and small balcony, large well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, shower room/WC, basin. On the first floor are three bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin, one with ensuite bathroom/basin/bidet/WC) and bathroom with wc/basin/bidet.

In the basement is a gym and exercise bike, weight lifting and two large mirrors.

The house also has cable TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, cot available, garden and balcony furniture, fixed barbecue, cleaning and change of linen and towels once a week, all linen included.

On the first floor are three bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin, one with ensuite).
No pets allowed, no smoking in the house, breakage deposit. Car hire is recommended. Extra cleaning available on request.
