Implanted in a 2500m2 land this Villa offers a private swimming pool ( 10m long x 5m wide; 1m - 2,5m deep) and a separate round pool for children ( 3m diameter x 50cm deep ).

This magnificent Villa has a covered area of 300m2 divided in 3 levels: Ground Floor, First Floor and Basement.To the right of the Entrance Hall is the Ground Floor with a spacious area in Open-Space with 3 rooms, Living Room TV Room and Dining Room, connecting to each other.

A fully fitted Kitchen is opening to a Dining Room, separated only by a counter where you can enjoy informal and light meals. If you prefer you can have meals looking to the garden and the pool, in a charming indian round table in this beautiful Dining Room, covered by an interior vault made by hand in a hard pottery brick.
One step down you find the Living Room with two large and comfortable sofas opening to the other social area, including a fantastic interior garden. This room have two great glassy doors leading onto a covered terrace - provided with a comfortable garden furniture – ideal for outdoor dining. One step down you have the TV Room with moroccan sofas and a fantastic arabian sofa where you can including sleep while you watch the satellite tv and the movies on the dvd player.

A Cloakroom ( wash-basin and wc ) is also at this floor.A Laundry very well equiped with wash-machine and a door back to the patio and a Store room are at this floor.Casablanca has been tastefully decorated to the highest standards. One of the main features is a superb interior garden opened to all the lounge with fresh and green vegetation which is covered by a transparent vault. Its own irrigation system gives guests a relaxing atmosphere. All this social area is very luminous, bright and white.
You can also find a spacious and ventilated Master Bedroom with a fantastic king size bed, large and practical wardrobes and glassy doors to the garden. It is also provided with air-conditioning and electric heating. It has En-suite bath with separate shower, double wash-basin ( with double mirrors ), wc and bidet in a separate area. Next to the bath there is a fantastic window to a cosy and coloured garden.

Steps leading up from a hall to the Bedrooms area and a Leisure room. This room has comfortable moroccan sofas with open fireplace and doors opening onto a surrounding terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the front garden. It is provided with a music HI-FI system. This first floor benefits from a terrace that surrounds the house with delightful views over the front garden and the pool. Here you can find a Twin Bedroom, with two single beds and its En-suite bathroom,( wash-basin, wc, bidet and separate shower) and a Double Bedroom, with a double bed and its En-suite bathroom (wash-basin, wc, bidet and bath).

All the rooms have wardrobes, doors to private terraces, air-conditioning and electric heating.Only a steps down from the Ground Floor, you find the Basement with a Twin Room, with two comfortable single beds, wardrobe and a large window. Near, there is a complete Shower Room (wash-basin, wc, bidet and a separate shower).
All the bathrooms were entirely restyled with first class design materials. Polished marble and wood were used. Taps and shower are in steel.
Outside, next to the covered terrace and the pool you have a barbecue where you can cook fresh fish and shellfish from the Atlantic Ocean available in the daily market of Quarteira, the best in Algarve only 2 minutes drive from CasaBlanca.
Outside you can admire the original Rock Garden in front of the pool.
You have also a pool side Toilet, with wash-basin, wc and a fantastic moroccan shower cubicle very practical and fit.
