This 1 bedroom apartment is in the popular Montechoro area of Albufeira and is close to all amenities - yet is set in a quiet complex...and the pool is right on your doorstep!
The apartment belongs to a UK family and is also their cherished holiday home, so has those extra touches that make it more than just another 'holiday rental' apartment. And the price is fantastic with no extra charge for up to 4 sharing - great for the family on a budget who don't want to compromise on standards.
With sofa beds in the living area it is ideal for a family on a budget and can sleep up to 4(no more than two adults please).
With its poolside location the apartment really is perfect. There are only 20 apartments in the complex and at times you'll feel like you have your own private pool!
Step out from your lounge and you have a private patio for al fresco dining and, of course, lazing.
If you are travelling with children they can also get to know other friends in a nearby complex82 minute walk). Although this apartment is not part of that complex the owner's guests are allowed to use the facilities there - such as games room, pool, etc.(there may be charges for some amenities).
Send the teenagers round there (literally just around the corner) to keep them happy and quiet and you get the best of both worlds - you can relax in perfect peace knowing they are happy!
Also perfect for couples of course and for clients with mobility problems it is a great choice, being all on one level on the ground floor with the pool right beside your patio.
