This unusual property offers an unique opportunity to
experience the fast disappearing life of an authentic
Portuguese rural village, with a 500 year history, at the
same time as enjoying all the comforts of a modern villa and
pool. The houses are tastefully furnished in traditional style,
and all have south facing sun terraces and mature gardens,

properties offer accommodation for groups of 2 to 20 in
various combinations ( Casa sleeps up to 10, Villa up to 6
and Casita 2 -4). They have individual gardens and pools
but can connect if wanted.
The village, with narrow cobbled streets and colourful
painted cottages, has 3 restaurants serving genuine
Portuguese specialities at astonishingly low prices.
It is situated in glorious rolling countryside, where horse
ploughs are still used, a few minutes' wonderfully scenic
walk from secluded, sheltered beaches, one with a ruined
Roman castle, which are usually empty of people.
This is the Algarve's only conservation area with an
abundance of wild flowers, superb bird-watching, glorious
cliff-top walks, swimming, surfing, fishing and riding, with
a fine championship golf course within minutes.
This is the place for tranquility, relaxation and re-generation.
If you want bright lights and night life, you need to look
elsewhere - instead, just relax on the terrace as you watch
the sun set over nearby Cape St Vincent.
Most visitors are amazed to find such a magical place still
existing, and tend to return year after year.

These are the prices for up to 8 people in the big
house (Casa) which has 4 twin bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The Villa sleeps 4 ( 2 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms) and the Casita sleeps 2. The prices for
these houses are are correspondingly lower .
Additional persons can be accommodated in all the
houses ( £40 per week ). Infants are free ; cots
(and babysitter) available.
