This lovely villa is situated in Quinta das Alamos a residential estate just a few minutes walk from Guia, a small town with supermarket, daily fish and fruit & veg market and famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are 25. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive with multi cinemas and 10 pin bowling. 7th person sleeps on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £60 per week.
Pool heating, cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost.
Pool Heating: £100 per week
Cot: £15 per week
High Chair: £10 per week
Air conditioning is included.
Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date.
A breakage deposit of £300 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
