This attractive villa is well located midway between Guia and Albufeira. Albufeira town and the beautiful beaches of Galé are both only a 10 minute drive. Guia which is only a few minutes drive is a small town is famous for its numerous ( 25+ )good value restaurants.The villa is located in a private gated cul de sac which it shares with its sister villa 'Paradis' (please see ref. n.º 5615 - ideal for big groups travelling together) and is surrounded with a lovely garden of lawn, palms and colourful shrubs.The swimming pool (10m x 4m) with Roman steps is surrounded by terraces with a shower & BBQ.

ACCOMMODATION:
GROUND FLOOR : Lounge / dining room with Digital Satellite TV with BBC channels and a radio /tape player - Patio doors lead out to a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool & garden area.Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Double bedroom, Bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 x Twin bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and the other with an en suite shower room and both with patio doors leading out to a lovely large sun terrace with country and distant sea views.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned (this is available as an optional extra).

Our villa management office is 5 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

Albufeira town is 4kms, around 5 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 2min drive.

THE ALGARVE:
