2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, Villa with HEATED POOL (this is available as an optional extra ). This lovely villa is located on a small residential estate, with its own popular snack bar and is totally enclosed with walls and gates.

The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and is famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 20, also there is a daily fish and fruit a vegetable market and supermarkets. The 'Blue flag ' beaches of Gale are approx 5 minutes by car (5km). Albufeira is also just 10 minutes by car. ‘Algarve Shopping’ the largest shopping complex in the region is only 5 minutes drive with multiscreen cinema and 10 pin bowling.

There is a lovely sized mosaic tiled swimming pool of 8.5m x 4.4m plus Roman steps surrounded by terraces and a small lawn with a shower and BBQ. The pool water is cleaned biologically so is particulary nice to swim in. Pool heating is available as an optional extra.

Sun roof terrace. The property is totally enclosed by walls and gates.

Accommodation
Is arranged on one level : Fully fitted brand new kitchen (2002) with American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Utility cupboard with washing machine.

Lounge / dining room with Digibox and card offering a comprehensive selection of channels and Hi- Fi and video. A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with large walk in shower. Double bedroom and a shower room also with a large walk in shower.
The Lounge and both bedrooms are air conditioned - available as an optional extra.
The house is equipped with an alarm system and is totally enclosed with a wall and gates.

Our villa management office is 4km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nr provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments

Albufeira town is 7kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia, a small town famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri', only 5min drive.

THE ALGARVE:
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europeans best golf courses (20+), qMonchiqueq mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.

Although the Algarve is well known for its qsun and seaq offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.

Prices listed above are for 4 persons. Additional charge for 5th person (must be a child) : 60 Pounds per week. Air conditioning is included. Pool heating is optional for 100 Pounds per week. Discounts available for 2 persons in Low season.
Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
