Casa Bianca is an attractive, privately owned villa with swimming pool on the edge of the pretty village of A-Dos Francos on Portugal's unspoilt Silver Coast; about a 55 minute drive north of Lisbon, 35 minutes from vibrant Peniche and just 15 minutes from the Golden Eagle golf course.

The villa is set on the slope of the hill, has its own private swimming pool set in landscaped gardens and is surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the rambling vineyards adjacent to the village.

First Floor:

The villa is spacious (Over 260 sq metres) with a stylish lounge that opens out dramatically onto the wrap-around sun terrace to the front of the property with magnificent vistas of dotted little villages and vineyards in the distance.
There is a modern, (35 sq metre) fully equipped kitchen with a large double door refrigerator / freezer, gas hob with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and with its own family dining area seating 10. The sliding French doors lead to the patio, beautiful pool and summer kitchen with barbeque area.
This floor has 2 double and one twin-bedded room with ample fitted wardrobes and serviced by a luxury bathroom. The master bedroom also opens out onto the sun terrace through double-glazed French windows providing perfect views.

Ground Floor:

There is one large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. There is a well-equipped little gym with treadmill, exercise bike machine and bench-press for more ambitious guests.
Adjacent to the gym is the ground floor recreation centre opening onto the front drive. It is equipped with an elegant pool table, selection of board games with refrigerator for cool drinks and refreshments and an assortment of audio-video facilities for children and adults.

Rates include cleaning and laundry before the visit. If additional maid services are required during your stay this can be arranged at an additional cost. Electricity is included in the rates. Oil Heating and gas during winter months at a nominal extra charge.
Booking minimum: 3 nights Payment by bank transfer: 30% initial deposit on confirmation of booking. Balance 50% payable in 2 separate instalments 90 and 60 days before arrival respectively or by special arrangement with the owner. A compulsory, fully refundable security deposit of £300.00 is payable 30 days before the holiday commences. This Deposit will be returned to you within 7 working days of you departure from the villa. Rental charges during the Christmas / New Year break between 22 Dec 2006 and 2 Jan 2007 and Easter break between April 6 and April 9, 2007 will be at peak rates.
