Villa Description
Villa 6 Sesmarais Country Club is a lovely, well furnished 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa built in 2002 with private pool (heated if required), situated on the edge of the Sesmarias Country Club near Carvoeiro. There are some fabulous beaches in the area.
The Property has nice views of Portimao and Monchique mountains in the distance.
On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, a nicely furnished split level lounge / diner is spacious and has cable T.V. which includes Sky News. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large BBQ and pool terrace there is also a large walled lawn area away from the pool and with kiddie slide and swing. Kiddies also have their own miniature dining area away from the grown ups. There are 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom on the ground floor, one twin has zip up beds that can be made into a king size double
Stairs lead to the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a large sunbathing and breakfast terrace from the bedroom, with lovely views of Portimao and Monchique mountains. All bedrooms and lounge have optional air conditioning.
Maid service twice times a week
