Ideally situated five bedroom house on the Silver Coast of Portugal available for short or long term rental, 3 minutes walk from the beach in the centre of Nazare. It has a lovely roof terrace with a panoramic view of the town and the ocean.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fire place and a dining area, a spacious kitchen with a table for six and a restroom. First floor contains three bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The basement contains a bedroom, a bathroom and a large spare room with a bunk bed. Cable television installed with 45 channels. There is a TV in the living room, one in the large spare room and one in the master bedroom.
The roof terrace has a built in barbeque, and is ideal for all meals of the day. The view covers the beach and Sitio, and on clear days, the Berlinga islands.
Bed linnen and towels are included in the rental price. Cleaning is 75 Euro pr. stay
The house has a private parking space in garage.
The large aqua park of Nazare is only a few minutes away.
House Location Details
Nazare is an old fishing village full og character. Although many tourists enjoy the beach and restaurants of Nazare, it is not a tourist resort, but a proper town. A wide range of restaurants can be found along the beach front and further up in town. If you prefer home cooking, there is a large market open every morning with wide range of vegetables, fish, meat and bread. The nearest big supermarket, Modelo, is just 1 km up the road. The upper part of Nazare, Sitio, has a breathtaking view of the town and ocean. Praia del Rey golf course is about 30 minutes drive to the south.

House Directions
From Lisbon Airport, follow A8 105 km north (direction Leiria)and take the Nazare exit. Follow the signs to the Nazare centre. When you arrive at the beachfront boulevard, follow this and take a right turn at the big plaza. (This is the natural course of the road, the road going on straight is much smaller). Go straight at the end of the road, following a very narrow street up past the Cinema. Take second road to the left, it will take you at a 45 degree angle uphill. Number 24 is on the right hand side of the road, next to the stairs and walkway. The house is up the walkway and has number 4 abow the door. The garage is below house number 1, and has a large green door facing the street. The place marked D belongs to the house.
House Arrival and departure procedures
Property Management will meet you upon your arrival and hand over the keys. This can be arranged according to the needs of the individual guest, within limits. Make sure the house is in good order when you arrive, and that anything broken is noted. Upon departure, our agent will look through the house and ensure that everything is in place.
In between, they are available if there is a need for assistance.
