This attractive modern villa is situated on a small residential estate, Quinta dos Alamos, on the outskirts of Guia, which is only a 10 minute walk. Guia is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. The Blue flag beaches of Gale are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling.

The villa is sited at the end of a cul-de-sac, and the villa and mature gardens are totally enclosed by a wall which offers a great deal of privacy. The mosaic tiled kidney shaped swimming pool (approx. 9m x 5m) is surrounded by terraces. There are 4 sunbeds and an outside B.B.Q. a shower.

Accommodation
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom together with a bathroom and also a shower room. The fully fitted kitchen has a toaster, coffee machine,washing machine and microwave. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV with card offering a comprehensive selection of channels and Hi-Fi.
Fully fitted kitchen, B.B.Q, Mature Garden.
Maid service: Three times per week. A car is required for access to the beaches.

Our villa management office is 4km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the house and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nr provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments

Albufeira town is 7kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

THE ALGARVE:
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europeans best golf courses (20+), qMonchiqueq mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.

Although the Algarve is well known for its qsun and seaq offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.

Prices are for 4 persons. Additional charge for 5th person (must be a child) : 60 Pounds per week.
Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
