This lovely villa is situated in Quinta dos Alamos a residential estate just a 10 minute walk from Guia, a small town with supermarket, daily fish and fruit a vegetable market, shops and famous for its numerous good value restaurants of which there are over 20. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive with multi cinemas and Ten Pin bowling. The garden has a secluded lawned area and a triangular shaped swimming pool with Roman steps (one side 7m a the other 8m) which can be heated (this is an optional extra). The swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a built in BBQ.
Albufeira famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town is a 10 minute drive.

All the accomodation is arranged on the ground floor:

They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nr provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments

Albufeira town is 7kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

THE ALGARVE:
The Algarve, located in the south of Portugal, offers ideal features for a wonderful holiday: practically year-round sunshine, golden sandy beaches with bars/restaurants, some of Europeans best golf courses (20+), Monchique mountain, romantic hidden towns, good value restaurants and almond blossom covered fields in winter.

Although the Algarve is well known for its sun and sea offer, there are also places of historic interest like the castles of Paderne and Castro Marim, the palace of Estoi, the Roman bridge and castle of Silves, an idyllic town located 15km from the coast, the Cape St. Vincent in Sagres, the most south-westerly town of Europe, which was one of the most important towns during the Age of Discovering.

Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season. Clients must leave the villa by 10:00 am. 7th person sleeps on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £60 per week. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week Booking via e-mail. First payment: 25%, within 10 days after the booking. Remaining 75% (last payment) within 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
Air-conditioning is inclusive. Pool heating is optional for £100 per week.
We can also arrange airport transfers and car hire.
