Farmhouse Description

Quinta Anna Rosa has been lovingly restored over the last 5 years, at the end of a small track it has views over the sprawling landscape. The house itself is an old farmhouse, with high ceilings giving an airy traditional feel. The house is fully air-conditioned keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter with wood burning stoves. The outside space is perfect for families, including a children’s pool and areas suitable for relaxation.

The main house is split into a family suite, comprising of double bedroom leading off to a room with Bunk beds and an ensuite, with a further double bedroom leading off these rooms also with an ensuite. Upstairs off the lounge is a further double bedroom, the main house also has a further shower room off of the dining room. A self-contained cottage with twin beds and separate bathroom makes up the fifth room adjacent to the main house.

The house is very well equipped throughout. The kitchen houses a wood burner, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker and drinks dispenser, dishwasher and coffee-maker, a door off of the kitchen leads to a dining room seating 10. A further outside laundry houses the Washing Machine with an extra Fridge freezer

The lounge has a bright airy feel, and is equipped with TV with English speaking channels, DVD, stereo, and games provided.

There is plenty of outdoor space around the two pools, an attractive garden, terrace with parasols, and beautiful views of the rolling hills, which surround this country property. Do not be surprised to see the local shepherd passing through the neighboring fields with his herd of goats. Despite Quinta Anna Rosa’s rural setting all essential amenities are within a short drive.
